At Aerolock, we want to ensure you know exactly when your order will arrive. The total time to receive your package is calculated as:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Shipping Transit Time
1. Order Processing (The "Prep" Phase)

All orders require 1–2 business days for quality inspection and secure packaging at our Georgia warehouse.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Shipping Options & Transparent Pricing
We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping to keep things simple. Here is what you can expect:

Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $75 (Continental US).

Priority Note: "Next Day" delivery applies only after the 1-2 day processing period and may take up to 2 days for remote West Coast locations.
3. Real-Time Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) to update the status in their system.
4. Safe Arrival Guarantee
Since we ship high-quality glass and ceramic, we take extra care in packaging.

Arrived Broken? If your item is damaged during transit, please email support@aerolockhome.com with a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. Aerolock is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
